You’ll know more AT&T fiber specs after 30 days than most reps learn in a year. What are we about? We’re not order-takers; we’re AT&T’s retail special forces. While others push phones, we’re deploying customized tech ecosystems. Your grandma’s Jitterbug? Your gamer cousin’s latency needs? You’ll arm them all with perfect solutions while crushing your numbers. As a Client Representative, you’re AT&T’s Swiss Army knife – part sales shark, part tech whisperer, part customer rage-tamer. One minute you’re explaining 5G to a skeptic, the next you’re troubleshooting a grandma’s flip phone. What will I be doing as a Client Representative? Serving as the primary point of contact for AT&T customers, expertly representing the brand and its diverse range of services. Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to understand individual customer requirements and recommend tailored AT&T solutions. Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from engaging product demonstrations and selection to account activation and contract explanation. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving service issues with empathy, efficiency, and accurate information, striving for first-contact resolution. Managing customer accounts, including processing new activations, upgrades, plan changes, and handling billing inquiries. Educating customers on AT&T promotions, features, and benefits, ensuring they maximize their services and feel confident in their choices. Processing sales transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) and client systems. Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and service outcomes for reporting and follow-up. Collaborating seamlessly with the sales and support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
