Cardiology Opening - Springfield, Oregon Full TimePermanent Position Join one of the Pacific Northwest's premier cardiovascular programs within a 388-bed, state-of-the-art tertiary care center recognized regionally as a leader in cardiovascular excellence. This is a full-time employed opportunity with a large, collegial, highly specialized cardiology division.Cardiology & Surgical Team:25 Physicians: - 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons - 5 Interventional Cardiologists - 8 General Cardiologists - 2 Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists - 3 Vascular Surgeons - 4 Electrophysiologists 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians: - 12 Cardiology APCs - 4 Cardiothoracic Surgery APCs Specialized Cardiology Programs Include:Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Heart Failure Program Electrophysiology Vascular Medicine Robust Structural Heart Program: - TAVR ( 2,000 cases completed) - MitraClip & TriClip - Watchman - ASD/PFO closure Ideal Candidate:BC/BE General Cardiologist Strong diagnostic and collaborative skills Strong interest in Echocardiography and/or fellowship training/experience in Advanced Cardiac Imaging preferred Imaging & Diagnostic Resources Echocardiography (IAC Accredited)TTE, TEE, Stress Echo Structural/procedural echo support 3D echo & strain imaging Compensation & Benefits:Guaranteed Salary: $579,051 Employment bonus Relocation assistance Education loan reimbursement (if applicable) CME allowance Clinician Wellbeing Program Comprehensive benefits including: - Medical, dental, vision - Retirement plans - Disability & life insurance - Wellness resources Location - Eugene/Springfield, OregonMid-sized college community (population 350,000) Between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Coast Thriving arts, culture, and outdoor recreation Family-friendly with excellent schools Home to the University of Oregon
