the life of one of our Agents often includes: Completing our
renowned training program (real estate license may be sought
concurrently with training). Following a career roadmap designed to

strategies. Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients’ properties,
including opinions of value utilizing comparable properties and
research. Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on
industry trends. Marketing investment real estate internally,
externally, and to active investors. Collaborating to achieve
business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth.
