Job Description: Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within
protected territories to represent our various lines of products
and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse,
emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers.
This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our
service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair
services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible
for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new
customers, and introducing new products to the territory. Required
Experience: Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best.
Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum
of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or
commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must
possess: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation
skills Be skilled at building productive business relationships
Have a good mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of their territory and
its customer base Be able to develop solid territory business plans
Be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Spokane is
$70,000.00-$104,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The
number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business
needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account
internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's
geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of
the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits
including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability,
