opportunities. Job Details Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue
Growth: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
across target verticals including electronics manufacturing,
aerospace, automotive, and healthcare. Team Leadership: Manage,
coach, and support a team of 2–4 Sales Representatives in the
Pacific Northwest region. Performance Management: Set clear goals,
track progress, and conduct regular one-on-ones to ensure sales
team effectiveness. Account Expansion: Support strategic account
development and upselling activities with your team and
independently. Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a growth
plan for the Portland region, identifying high-potential customers
and opportunities. Customer Engagement: Represent the company at
key customer meetings, trade shows, and events in the region.
Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to
senior leadership. Qualifications 5 years of B2B sales experience,
preferably in electronics manufacturing, industrial supplies, or
related industries 2 years of experience leading or mentoring sales
teams Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Comfortable managing a blended player/coach role Strong
communication, coaching, and negotiation skills Experience with CRM
systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to travel within
the Pacific Northwest region (up to 30%) Interested in hearing
