Position Title:Sales Account Executive (DSAE)
$2,500 new hire sign-on bonus (per terms upon offer )
$30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE, plus an annual target commission of $40,000

The Sales Account Executive is a unique and exciting role responsible for the promotion and sale of Ziply Fiber products and services to include high-speed Internet and voice solutions. Utilizes advanced knowledge of products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territory. In this role, you will be working side-by-side with our multi-family Account Manager team to drive sales and growth in multi-family communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
--- Tenacious and driven, excels in environments where reward is based on effort
--- Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads
--- Conducts proactive discovery analysis with new prospective customers
--- Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs
--- Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including but not limited to the following: dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales
--- Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned
--- Achieves monthly sales quotas in high-speed data sales
--- Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures
--- Well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informs manager/supervisor of changing competitive pricing programs and door-to-door sales tactics
--- Attends and successfully completes training programs
--- Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers
--- Creates and executes territory management plans effectively with support of manager/supervisor. Utilizes experience-based sales technique, operates independently
--- Active involvement in Chambers of Commerce and other local organizations
--- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

--- 6+ months of sales and/or customer service experience - OR - current or prior military service
--- Must have access to reliable transportation

--- Must be able to pass local community background checks and permitting processes
--- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
