Description:
--- Understand customer needs and requirements --- Collaborate with
other territories and sales management to support regional and
global goals --- Develop new opportunities through prospecting and
territory research --- Identify new business needs, develop and
implement customized solutions for our customers --- Develop and
execute a territory sales plan --- Create and manage an appropriate
pipeline to achieve sales goals --- Hands-on account management ---
Achieve quarterly sales goals (attainment/quotas) --- Perform sales
calls, onsite and virtual --- Source new sales opportunities
through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
--- Work with operations staff to determine service capability to
meet customer needs --- Works efficiently and enthusiastically on
assignments. --- Acts ethically and honestly, dependable, and
willing to help where needed --- Must interact with customers daily
in a positive and professional manager --- Knowledge and
understanding of quality and calibration industry standards ISO/IEC
17025. --- Awareness and commitment to quality management
principles (i.e., continuing improvement, process improvement,
cycle time reduction, customer satisfaction, communication to
employees, quality policy, quality objectives, audit results,
analysis of data, preventative and corrective actions. Management

Requirements:
The professional qualifications required and the experience
necessary to effectively complete the responsibilities of this
position. --- All employees must act with impartiality by being

identified Co-operation - Sales shall be willing to cooperate with
customers or their representatives in clarifying the customer's
request and in monitoring the laboratory's performance in relation
to the work performed provided that the laboratory ensures
confidentiality to other customers. This is an ongoing Maintenance.
Education: - High School or Equivalent Job Experience - College
Preferred Work Experience: - Requires 5-7 years sales experience in
s service-related field Knowledge, Skills and Ability: --- Proven
sales experience, with track record of achieving targets/quotas ---
Strong negotiation --- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills --- Experience working within a CRM --- Strong listening and
presentation skills --- Strong phone presence and experience
making/fielding dozens of calls per day --- Proficient in the use
of MS Office and other productivity tools --- Ability to build
positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills ---
Must maintain a Professional appearance --- Ability multi-task,
prioritize, and manage time effectively --- Basic electronic/
equipment knowledge preferred All qualified applicants will receive
