Job Description:

Position- Bilingual Contact Center Agent Location- Beaverton-OR-10300 SW Allen Duration- 12+ Months (Possible extension) -- Onsite/Remote: They will start onsite. The agents should be prepared to stay onsite until they can meet the requirements to work from home. --Preferred Time Zone (ONLY if Remote): Onsite --Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm --Training Schedule: 7am-3:30am --PAY Rate: $18.50 --Potential for Conversion: Yes potential for conversion --Potential for Extension: Yes --Interview process: Interview utilizing the current Wells Faro 2nd Interview process. Responsibilities: --- Interact with customers via telephone to provide information --- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services --- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues --- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken --- Maintain the highest level of customer service --- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated leadership for resolution --- Bilingual as required. Reading, writing, speaking. Qualifications: --- Must have a High School Diploma or GED --- 6 months previous customer service experience --- Must be computer literate --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter --- Bilingual as required. Reading, writing, speaking.
