A plastics manufacturing company in Beaverton is looking for a Production Lead to add to their team.* No experience is necessary*; they are ready to fully train and support you as you learn your new role! Some plastics manufacturing or lead experience is a plus!This is a *temp-to-hire* position with three different schedules available. Current employees describe the work as easy to learn and low-stress.This company is THC friendly and offers benefits upon permanent hire. *Production Lead Duties:** Schedule and supply breaks and lunch's* Inspecting parts to ensure quality* Trimming excess plastic* Complete all paperwork* Packaging products into boxes*Schedules:** *Day Shift - *Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm* *Swing Shift - *Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm* *Night Shift -* Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am*Pay:* $19-20/hr for all shifts*Production Lead Requirements:** Strong written/verbal communication* Regular and predictable attendance. * Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
