Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
--- Execute water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration tasks as outlined by the Project Manager
--- Perform painting, trim, insulation, and flooring work as needed and directed
--- Restore structures to a state equal to or better than before the loss occurred
--- Communicate effectively with customers, homeowners, and Superintendents
--- Fulfill any additional duties assigned

Qualifications:
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
--- Must have at least 2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and/or restoration
--- Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
--- Must possess strong customer service skills
--- Desired experience in any of these trades: millwork and trim, doors, windows, siding, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, tile, laminate floor, engineered wood floor, carpet installs, vinyl installs, cabinetry, and framing

Crew Lead:
--- A Driver's License and a clean driving record
--- Experience with MICA, Drytrack, FirenIce, or other moisture-mapping software
--- A working cell phone and be willing to download communication apps. (DASH)
--- Strong communication skills
--- Must have or have had a Water, Mold, Fire, or other applicable certification recognized by the IICRC
--- Have or be willing to acquire tools for demolition (multi-tool, drills, circular saw, hand tools, etc.)
--- Experience with training, leading, or organizing people in a work environment
--- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional teamwork skills
