We are currently seeking a SAP APO/ Purchasing Consultant for our client in the IT Services and Consulting domain. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.Duration: 6+ Month ContractLocation: Beaverton, OR (Initially Remote)Salary: $40.00-$45.00/Hourly on W2Role: SAP APO/ Purchasing ConsultantPrimary Skills: SAP FunctionalRole Description: The SAP APO/ Purchasing Consultant must have at least 5 to 8+ years of experience.Required Experience and Skills:- 5+ years of total IT experience, preferably progressive starting as programmer and growing into a Product engineer with supply chain focus- Progressive experience in SAP functional and testing with APO OR SAP Purchasing- Experience working in a public cloud environment, Particularly Azure/AWS data engineering services, resources and architecture.- Experience with practices like Continuous Development, Continuous Integration- Experience in architecting and delivering end to end solutions- Familiar with building real-time streaming data pipelines- Experience in building lambda, kappa and microservices.- Experience with source control tools such as GitHub and related dev processes.- Experience with iterative development and the Agile methodology.- Good to have Direct Purchasing, Retail/ supply chain industry experience.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or EquivalentExperience: Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experienceRelocation: This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel: No -Local Preferred: YesNote: Must be able to work on a W2 basisRecruiter Name: Aanchal SinghRecruiter Phone: 877-884-8834 or 412-226-0751 (Ext: 2068) Mastech Digital provides IT associates in digital and mainstream technologies, Digital Transformation Services around Salesforce.com and SAP HANA, as well as Digital Learning Services.
