Income Property Management is seeking to hire a Maintenance
Technician for the 184-unit apartment community of Center Plaza
Apartments in Beaverton, OR. The Maintenance Technician will be
responsible for performing basic maintenance duties including
repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting at Center
Plaza. The Maintenance Technician will be work alongside two other
Maintenance Technicians.Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
(30-minute lunch)Pay: $23.00-$26.00/hr (DOE)Additional
Compensation: Monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage
reimbursement for travel required in the position.Responsibilities
for the Maintenance TechnicianReview punch list and complete items
in a timely manner or as instructed.Participate in meetings and
training sessions as required.Complete all resident
maintenance/repair requests in a timely and professional
manner.Utilize a P.O. system for purchases.Accompany all necessary
building inspections and walk throughsMaintain and monitor interior
and exterior common area cleanlinessBe available during rotating
on-call after-hour emergenciesBenefits for the Maintenance
TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician will be eligible for benefits
first of the month following 30 days of continuous

Requirements:
Requirements for the Maintenance Technician :Basic knowledge of
landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair,
painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and
repair of flooring (required).Two (2) years' experience in a
maintenance technician, preferably in property management for
commercial or multi-family properties.A valid driver's license,
state minimum insurance, and reliable transportation.Have a basic
set of hand and electric toolsStrong communication skillsExcellent
time management and organizational skillsAbility to work
independently but also be a productive member of a team.High school
