About the Position:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Department Manager
will be responsible for managing the Agency & Member Services
representatives. This includes, but not limited to: managing
schedules, approving payroll, maintaining department metrics,
monitoring calls and handling escalated issues, employee
development and overall department management.
Primary responsibilities for this position include the
? Manage Agency & Member Services representatives
? Liaison between Agents and Carriers
? Manage contracting inbox workload
? Monitor department phone queues
? Pull and review calls with representatives
? Work with other internal departments as needed
? Motivate team

experience, knowledge and skills:
? Minimum of 1 year of management experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit- Excel experience is a
? Detail oriented and focused on quality
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize
? Insurance industry experience is a PLUS!!

? Sit and work on a computer for long period of time.
? Work in an open environment.
? Navigate multiple screens at once.
