The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our Logistics SEC Change Lead, you will report to the Transformational Change Director, Operations/Logistics & Master Data. You will support stakeholder management and communications, engagement and adoption, and learning to handle change effectively.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a high performing organizational change professional with robust experience in transformational and digital programs. Including demonstrated experience in designing, developing, delivering, and measuring program adoption, engagement plans, learning materials, and communications to robust audiences globally. This person will be a strong deliverer of organizational change work products in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple and contending priorities from multiple leaders.

Robust experience in delivering Organizational Change with a focus on development of communications and learning contentHelp create and execute Function and Geo Adoption plans including stakeholder landscapes, engagement moments, communication and learning in support of SEC value dropsDemonstrated ability to translate and deliver highly effective work product based on strategic intent, strategy, or general guidanceBuild key deliverables that can be leveraged through innovative tactics that engage and deliver against the SEC Transformational Change strategies and program outcomesPlan and perform detailed analyses of Organizational Change data including recorded Change Impacts, Stakeholders, Engagement, Training Needs and ReadinessTrack the effectiveness of the change and learning activities on an on-going basisHelp establish and monitor KPI and completion metrics for Organizational Change activities and new learning programs to measure and monitor effectivenessDevelop and distribute regular and ad-hoc TCO related reports and project-related performance reportsAbility to plan, handle work and resources in a matrix environment working across projects and functionsDemonstrated experience leveraging digital trends and applications to improve effectiveness of Organizational Change activitiesBuild effective working relationships across the organization within geographies, functions and the programCreate presentation materials for SEC team membersKnowledge of, and experience using best practices, standardized frameworks and tools/templates

Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Communications, Adult Learning and/or related field requiredMust have 4+ years professional experience in high profile communications and learning/training roles supporting global organizationsPrevious ERP/Global Technology rollout experience preferredExcellent presentation, written and verbal communications skillsStrong project management skillsDemonstrated ability to support teams and produce high-quality, consistent change management, communications materials and learning contentExcellent execution of high-quality deliverables to drive desired behaviors and outcomesAbility to collaborate across multiple communication and learning platforms, including social media, video and digitalDemonstrated ability to plan and handle work across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basisAbility to understand highly technical and specialized information and build into a compelling storyDeep understanding of communications and learning trends, channels and digital landscape with a digital-first mindsetUnderstanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes preferred.
