Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi-level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role ofa Memory Care Partner in our Health Services department

At Friendsview, we provide meaningful work where relationships are important, in a supportive community based on strong values. We are looking for caring and purpose-driven people to help residents with dementia. With regular training in Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care (PAC), you will offer daily care and emotional support, helping residents live with dignity, connection, and happiness.

What you'll do:

• Help with daily activities like bathing, eating, and moving around.
• Interact with residents using PAC (Positive Approach to Care) methods.
• Encourage independence and create a respectful, supportive atmosphere.
• Keep track of care using electronic medical records.We're looking for someone that is:
  • Kind, flexible, and a strong communicator.
  • CNA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work well with a team, including weekends and holidays.Starting Wages: $19.57-$25.63/hr DOE
    Shift: Day, Evening, NOC shifts available. Thursday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday
