Job TitleLearning Services Specialist Job DescriptionA Sage Learning Services Specialist (LSS) collaborates with learning program owners, product teams, and the Learning Services Manager to design and develop training content for various Sage products. In addition, you will design and develop eLearning videos, exams, workbooks, and job aids. The LSS will train colleagues, customers, and partners. You will be expected to build your expertise in your assigned product's features and functions, as well as how to troubleshoot customers' and partners' common inquiries Key Responsibilities--- Deliver high-quality training content for customers, partners, and colleagues Test and evaluate students' participation and comprehension as required for successful course completion Adopt and adhere to relevant global and regional processes and standards Support product training and certification development as needed Assist with Sage-sponsored customer and partner events, such as Sage Summit Requirements 3+ years of experience Sage 50 US required Knowledge of adult learning theory Facilitation skills and presence appropriate for the business environment Ability to design and facilitate eLearning, webinars, classes, and events for a wide range of attendees over varying durations Have demonstrated the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment, within a team of peers, and in one-on-one communications Possesses fundamental organizational, inter-personal, speaking, writing, listening, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills Experience with Camtasia and Captivate a plus Knowledgeable of the Windows operating system, networks, client-server environments, and a general understanding of relational databases Our benefits: Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably) Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%) 21 days paid time off (+1 floating holiday) 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation) Sage Wellness Rewards Program (flexible ways to use wellness credit and fitness reimbursement) A library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings Hear from our employees: According to our employee feedback on Comparably, we scored a 4.8/5 rating on company culture and our employees gave our CEO a score of 90/100.
