Description: Independently works, with minimal supervision, to invoice all binders & endorsements for the Company. Also answers phones and facilitates the direction of any customer service inquiries. Handles the following policy maintenance items including but not limited to - cancellation & reinstatement requests, certificate requests, processing of policies and non-money endorsements.
