Product Coordinator with large spirt retailer - Beaverton, OR ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCT COORDINATOR - POSITION DESCRIPTION Support Storage + Organization (S+O) team with the development, implementation, and sustaining of our client's global product storage strategy by working with client teams to help them organize and maintain their spaces and product. The primary focus of this position is to work in partnership with the client's product creation/ management teams to provide strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpack and put-away support as well as oversight of special storage projects for assigned client teams.As a member of S+O, the Organizational Product Coordinator is expected to:--- Fully align with S+O on our mission, vision, core values, connection agreements and goals, and adhere to professional standards.--- Know Your Customer - learn and become an expert in the rhythm of the business in terms of the client's Consumer Code process and large seasonal sample deliveries.This role is minimum 60% onsite (at least three days per week), is very physically active and may require working on one's feet for a minimum of 3 hours at a time as well as repeatedly lifting items of up to 50lbs.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Establish and grow strong relationships with assigned business client teams and S+O's key partners through proactive outreach, including conducting regular walkthroughs to meet and interact with clients and joining client team calls to represent S+O where appropriate.--- Take responsibility for quality control and ensuring that client needs are met or exceeded for each support session and client interaction. --- Conduct organizing consultations with client teams to learn about upcoming projects, define storage needs, and provide recommendations and next steps for S+O's support.--- Coordinate and lead S+O support sessions with client teams to organize and set up storage rooms to optimally manage product samples and materials. Duties include serving as onsite partner for teams and key partners, providing hands-on assistance during each session, overseeing and directing S+O "support squad" work, and tracking/documenting post clean-up metrics and key partner follow-up requests.--- Partner with Relocation Project Management (RPM), Occupancy Planning (OP) and other S+O team members to support storage move projects for assigned client teams. Duties include helping clients prepare storage spaces for the move and supporting with post-move "settle in" needs.--- Maintain thorough, detailed knowledge of all storage spaces assigned to client teams and ensure all data is consistent, accurate and up to date. --- Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and S+O best practices and assist with training/education of clients and other S+O team members on these processes and practices.--- Contribute insights and feedback into new and existing SOPs within S+O's playbook. --- Additional duties and special projects as assigned.Top Skills Details:event coordination, communication, and organization skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- Project and/or administrative experience.--- Aptitude for organizing physical spaces, especially a background and/or experience in Professional Organizing.--- Strong spatial and organizational awareness and able to translate business requirements into space solutions.--- Capable of adapting quickly, navigating ambiguity with confidence, and operating effectively and patiently in a complex, fast-paced, constantly shifting environment.--- Applies critical thinking to assess situations, connect with involved parties, take in feedback, and ensure next steps align with S+O's priorities and standards before taking action.--- Action-oriented and eager to take the initiative, while also able to receive and act upon direction from others.--- Team player who is also comfortable working independently.--- Highly skilled at creative thinking and on-the-spot problem solving.--- Exhibits a high level of professionalism with excellent customer service skills; takes responsibility for decisions, actions, and results.--- Handles sensitive information with discretion.--- Demonstrated relationship management skills - ability to work with a wide variety of client personalities and levels as well as internal personnel and external vendors.--- Strong and credible verbal and written communication skills.--- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments as requested. --- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.--- Familiarity with Lean/5S is preferred.
