Job Description:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tech Deployment Lead in
Beaverton, OR.Essential Functions:
- Tech Deployment Lead will support the creation of strategies to
ensure successful coordination and planning of Tech Deployment
actives from the first Mock Conversion to the end of Hypercare
- Help drive and coordinate the Tech Cutover plan that ensures
proper systems, interface, Security, and batch ramp downs across of
the impacted systems landscapes aligns with the Business freezes
and ramp down activities in preparation for Cutover
- Play a key role in all Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsal and
Cutover Plan executions in close collaboration with the Data
Conversion teams across all in scope systems
- Support the creation of all Tech ramp up plans to capture the
complete coordinated startup process in alignment with Business
Ramp Up after Go-live
- Collaborate and coordinate with Geography and Territory Tech
teams to help ensure all local Tech solutions are properly included
in planning and execution activities
- As a Tech Deployment Lead, you will participate in leading when
Deployment executes Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover,
being the Deployment voice in the room in person or virtually the
teams will listen to and collaborate with
- Be a strong advocated for the Deployment Team and be the voice
of technology when working with cross-functional product teams
- Work closely with our SI partner Deloitte on all Tech
deliverables impacting Deployment Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a
related field; 6+ additional years of professional experience in
lieu of a degree
- 8-10 years relevant experience; 4 years in a management
role
- Cloud Implementation experience with cross-functional insights
gained through project/program participation - Workday Experience
strongly preferred
- An understanding and practical application of standard release
process(s), agile methodologies, and technical capabilities
(including agile - lean, continuous delivery, SAFE, ITIL)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with experience
communicating to a wide range of stakeholders including functional
management, senior program leadership, and technical teams
- Experience as a leader on high-performing, cross-functional
teams with a demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative,
fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working
closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver key
strategic initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and
influence others, negotiate during situational conflict, and
establish the best forward path in the face of competing points of
view
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic,
results-oriented matrixed environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably
in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may
ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based
on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union
