Title: Immersive Experience Project CoordinatorDuration: Approx
6 Months Contract (with possible extension)Location: Beaverton,
Oregon, United States (Hybrid)Client: NIKE
Description:
- Manage the rig room calendar
- Create/manage email account via NikeNow
- Send calendar invitations
- Attachments: Digital invitation + Maps
- Secure badge access for attendees (visitors.nike.com)
- Request that attendees send any names for those who need to be
pre-registered for access 24 hours prior to the tour
- Group passes
- Manage cleaning scheduling via NikeNow
- Visit the rig room occasionally or daily before Open Houses/key
tours (Tue-Thur) to ensure everything is functional
- Manage Badge access to the room
- Greet/provide access to the room as needed
- Global Security can assist with unlocking doors if needed
- Manage schedule with Industry for any QC, maintenance,
installation (including registering visitor passes)
- Partner with Industry and Facilities on the tear down and
restoration of rooms at the end of the experience
- Establish attendee tracking/tallying of total # of attendees
(include Yes, Tentative & No Response; omit No's only)
- Create & Manage follow-up Comms with link to resources
- Manage Campaign opens/clicks reports, share results (Open &
CTR) periodically
- Post-tour Survey, share results periodically
- Work with Industry tech support to establish media, music &
lights schedule. Ensure that everything is working properly each
day before tours begin.
- Place digital invitations in SWB Zoom Rooms?
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed
