We are looking for team members that reflect our core values. -We are looking for team members who are willing to receive detailed training, be skilled in specialized post orders and services that require them to hold special certificates. -Our Safety Team operates in conjunction with the Care Team, helping coordinate care appointments or aid items and ensuring follow-through on activities. The Safety Team spends most of their time performing proactive presence patrols and interacting with businesses, developing and maintaining trusting relationships. They act as liaisons to ensure positive outcomes by considering the needs of both businesses and houseless neighbors alike. -The Safety Team responds to tasks requested by businesses, such as chaperones, houseless camp or mental health wellness checks, among many others. The Safety Teams work bridges gaps between business owners, their clients, residents, and houseless communities. -Safety Ambassadors starting pay rate is $21.50 per hour.You must be able to work the required shifts designated for this contract. As well as a current and valid drivers license in either the state of Oregon or Washington. -Shifts Available:Wednesday-Saturday 5p-3:30a (every other Wednesday training 6-8p)Wednesday-Saturday 9p-7:30a (every other Wednesday training 6-8p) -Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision (70-75% paid by company) Protected Sick Time after 90 days Paid Time Off after one year Extended Sick Time after two years Referral Program Free state training class (DPSST) Free trainings (First Aid/CPR, Trauma Informed Care, De-escalation, and more!)   • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Speaks English
  • Reads English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Available to work: overnight
  • Background check
  • Drug screeningPreferred qualifications:
    • 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
