Apply now!Responsibilities:Give clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understandingFacilitate communication with clients and claims adjusters to process all documentation reporting a claim on a current policyDocument any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updatesConsult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policiesStay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updatesQualifications:We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelors degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as wellJobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Follow up skill, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must in this roleRelevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful but not required, training will be provided if your talents are a good matchApplicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 daysAbout Company: Our organization, Courtney Rogers State Farm, is located in Beaverton, Oregon.
