*Program Administrator: Endeavor Oregon **ABOUT ENDEAVOR**Become a part of Oregon's first registered cannabis manufacturing apprenticeship program. ENDVR is a nonprofit organization made up of leaders, education professionals, small business owners and community organizers working to create a better cannabis industry by investing in workforce development and comprehensive cannabis career training. ENDVR is specifically focused on removing barriers to quality employment in the cannabis industry for Oregon's historically underserved communities through a registered apprenticeship for the cannabis manufacturing trade of Botanical Extractionist.**POSITION SUMMARY**The Program Administrator will be a key member of the staff by supporting the Executive Director in the day-to-day operations of Endeavor Oregon, and taking a lead role in implementing the apprenticeship program plan, including all scheduling, correspondence, onboarding, deadline tracking, and preparing all informational materials for distribution.**LOCATION: Portland, OregonREPORTS TO: Executive DirectorSTATUS: Full TimeCOMPENSATION: $4,500/month**CORE FUNCTIONS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION**PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Working in alignment with the Apprenticeship Program Plan, its Phases, and the Timeline provided by the Executive Director, the Program Administrator will directly manage and track the coordination and timely completion of all operations. These include: ongoing projects related to curriculum development, digital infrastructure, recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and monthly progress reports.**PROGRAM EVALUATIONS: Develop and manage ongoing evaluation criteria for participants and ensure engagement to generate real time feedback to determine how the Apprenticeship Program's primary objectives are being met.**OVERSEE REPORTING SCHEDULE: On a monthly basis, report the results of ongoing program evaluations to the Executive Director summarizing successes, challenges, and make recommendations for improvement.**OUTREACH: Facilitate and plan outreach events, workshops, and identify opportunities to engage with underserved communities**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Demonstrated history of executing a strategic plan and meeting deadlines* Experience with customer service or experience serving in a public-facing role* Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain strong systems to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines* Ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term goals* Strong writing skills, experience managing and growing a social media presence* Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Database management systems**WORK SCHEDULETeam members are located across Oregon, though the primary office is in Hillsboro. Our work schedule is standard business hours with flexibility. Some evenings and weekends will be required, but not every day will be a long day.
