American Family Insurance Agency team in Hillsboro, OR!Sales representative candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Property and Casualty Insurance licenses required before start date ($500 reimbursement bonus after two months of employment)Compensation & Benefits:
  • Starting hourly pay of $17.85/hour
  • Target first year income is $50,000 (includes commission and bonuses)
  • Full time, Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM
  • Flexible schedule (To be discussed with agency owner)
  • Paid training
  • Paid time off (3 weeks first year)
