IS Customer Support Specialist

One of Oregon largest health care companies is looking to bring on
10 full time SD techs to add to their current team of 50. There
call volume has increased due to several factors and hold times are
currently over 25 mins. They will be supporting internal employees
including doctors and nurses along with admin staff. They can
support password resets and even take ER calls if pc's or
applications are down. They take about 30 calls per tech per day
and use ServiceNow on the call center.
MS Office, Explorer/Chrome, customer service
Top Skills Details:
1. 6 months to 1 yr experience in high call volume environment.
2. 6 months to 1 yr experience support Windows OS's and Office
3. 6 months to 1 yr supporting applications/browsers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Very strong customer service skills and writing skills.
Reliable and attendance is huge! Missing 6 days within contract
duration could be grounds for termination
