Love Your Job and Make a Difference Every Day! Program Director/QMHP Danville Services of Oregon has an exciting opportunity in our community based Specialized Living Program in Washington County. Danville's SLP program is a small residential program supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries to live as independently as possible in the community. Our program offers two- person apartment home living arrangements in Beaverton. The Program Director is responsible for administration, new admissions, and oversight of day to day program operations to ensure the highest quality of services and person centered supports for our clientele. Qualified applicants only please. In addition to meeting minimum employment qualifications, Program Director/QMHP candidates should possess; Master's degree with QMHP designation and one year of experience in the field, or bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 3 yrs. human services management experience. A minimum of three years of demonstrated, successful, management/supervisory experience in disability services, memory care, or related human services field. Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training Demonstrable knowledge, skill, and ability in positively supporting individuals experiencing disabilities. Demonstrable knowledge, skill, and ability in supporting individuals with challenging behavior, possessing a strong background in Positive Behavior Support and/or ABA. Knowledge of Oregon's ISP process and/or Person Centered Planning a plus The desire and ability to positively lead, support and collaborate with others. Excellent critical thinking and problem - solving skills. The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Therap, or other electronic documentation management systems. Highly organized The ability to be on-call for emergencies 24 hrs. per day, 5 days per week. Must meet driver eligibility requirements.
