Pacific Office Automation is one of the largest, independently owned office equipment dealers in the nation, with twenty-five branches in seven states. We are seeking a strong candidate for an entry-level collection specialist position. Responsibilities as a Collections Specialist Include: --- Making outbound calls on past-due accounts --- Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities --- Demonstrating professionalism, discretion and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, customers and vendors to insure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes --- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process - we need a confident go getter who's not afraid to tackle challenges head on Here's what we're looking for in qualified entry level candidates: --- 2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person --- Advanced problem solving skills, and well organized with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast-paced environment --- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the confidence to collect money and maintain an excellent relationship with our customer base Pacific Office Automation offers a full benefit package, which includes full medical/dental/vision insurance, matched 401(k), FSA program and health club membership.
