Job Description:
REQUIREMENTS:* 1+ years of working or internship experience in a
mortgage, tax, finance or accounting function* Strong proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel* Skills to write and run
scripts using Python and SQL* Excellent written and verbal
communication skills* Strong multi-tasking and time management
skills* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
PREFERRED:* Bachelor's Degree
JOB DUTIES:* Manage large data sets of internal and prior
servicer's tax data, process tax payments, and work closely with
internal and external partners to ensure property tax data is
entered, processed, and paid in a timely manner. Our ideal
candidate will aptitude for streamlining processes with an eye for
detail.* Analyze, format, and load tax data into servicing system*
Communicate with state and local government entities to obtain
accurate real estate tax information* Review property tax reports
to ensure corrective action is implemented when necessary* Assist
in resolving tax inquires for customers* Additional projects as
assigned by management
