CUSTOMER SERVICE – Direct Hire - Beaverton, OR.
(Collections - Loss Mitigation)
Direct Hire (not a temporary or contract role)
Pay Rate : $20.00/hr
Location: Beaverton, OR (Will be
remote during COVID-19 restrictions but will be in office/on
location when lifted. So, candidates must be able to work in
office and able to commute to work location when needed.)
Perks and Benefits:Direct Hire, Benefits start 1st of month

Shift: 8 hr. shifts will be assigned within the
operating hours of 7AM-7PM
REQUIREMENTS: Previous mortgage industry, insurance
industry, banking industry, loan industry, healthcare
industry, OR loss mitigation customer experience
REQUIRED. Experience with bankruptcy, foreclosure,
processing, and borrowers also a plus.
The i ncumbent is responsible for assisting customers in
the servicing of their mortgage. This may include helping in a call
center capacity in one of the following functions: customer
service, collections, and loss mitigation.
Essential Job Functions:
Acts as single point of contact to assigned borrowers currently
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls on assigned
mortgage accounts that are delinquent.
Work with borrower on repayment plans to get them back to a
Assist the borrower with loss mitigation options, how to apply,
and status updates.
Must be familiar with investor guidelines and available
Remain as the single point of contact until the borrower is
current or approved for loss mitigation.
Maintains confidentiality of customer's non-public
Provides written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as
Answers inbound/outbound calls involving customer service and
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service, call center, collections experience
Must be computer proficient, able to multitask and work in a
fast paced ever changing team environment.
Must be able to work a Saturday rotation
Must be able to work OT should business needs dictate
NO REQUESTED TIME OFF DURING FIRST 90 DAYS
Four weeks paid training: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After training,
must be flexible and able to work any 8-hour shift as
assigned between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm PST. (Hours are subject
Ability to pass SAFE Act and attain NMLS Licensure
