As a Privacy Project Specialist, you will contribute to the Data
Privacy team's efforts and its overall success by helping to drive
the various projects outlined within the portfolio. You will work
with internal and external team members like Analysts, Legal
counsels, other Project functions and technology partners to timely
lead multiple activities and meet timelines for the identified
tracks of work. You will handle the delivery of work by
collaborating across all the contributing Nike teams. You will plan
and track the project deliverables, communicate with stakeholders,
guide the teams working on required solutions, and ensure the
projects are delivered on time.
Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define business
requirements and project scope.
Define project schedules, activities and tasks, manage task
assignments, tracks work against schedules.
Partner with multiple technology teams and leads within Nike to
develop communicate the work needs and develop comprehensive
understanding of success criteria and business impact. Leverage
this understanding as work is prioritized to ensure delivery of the
highest priority initiatives.
Develop full project plans including milestones, deliverables,
resourcing, dependencies, escalation and communication.
Effectively and dynamically context switch between the individual
task level and high level program milestones, with the goal of
maintaining a consistently up-to-date view that can be conveyed
Display an understanding of basic technical understanding of
software systems, tools and applications and be able to leverage
that understanding in communication.
Rigorously manage scheduling at the task level, with overall
accountability at the project level
Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology or
engineering OR 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a
--- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project
management, managing multiple project streams and delivering
--- Privacy/GDPR/CCPA knowledge is preferred.

--- Experience working with multiple cross functional teams in
delivering medium to large sized projects and initiatives
