Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Tech Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year preferred License: Valid State License preferred at the time of submission Certifications: BLS/ACLS AHA, Epic experience required Must-Have: - 1 year of experience preferred - Ability to communicate with the surgical team - Experience in monitoring nerve function - Experience in detecting nerve damage - Experience in maintaining equipment - Documentation skills as needed Description: The Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Tech will be responsible for monitoring nerve function during surgical procedures. They will detect nerve damage and communicate findings with the surgical team. Maintaining equipment and documenting appropriately as required is critical to this role. A degree from an accredited program in electroneurodiagnostic technology or neurodiagnostic technology is preferred. Certifications from relevant organizations are considered beneficial but not required. This position is for a day shift with no on-call or weekend obligations. Candidates with experience as first-time travelers are welcome. Local travelers are also accepted.
