Job Details Job Details: Our esteemed legal firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney-Estate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a wealth of experience in Litigation, Family Law, fiduciary litigation, and individual and family law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires an individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on matters related to estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to clients regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. 2. Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate disputes, will contests, trust litigation, and other related matters. 3. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. 4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. 5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in estate disputes. 6. Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of cases. 7. Stay updated on the latest changes and developments in estate law, probate law, and related legal areas. 8. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate law, including experience in litigation, family law, fiduciary litigation, and individual and family law. 3. Active and in good standing Bar license in the state of practice. 4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in estate-related disputes and litigation. 5. Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills. 6. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
