Job Description:
Estate Planning Attorney – Portland, OR (Hybrid Option
Available) About the Firm: GPAC has partnered with a well-respected
and established law firm in Seattle that is actively seeking an
experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This is a
unique opportunity for a skilled legal professional to work on
complex estate matters for high-net-worth individuals and families,
while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment. Key
Responsibilities: Provide strategic estate planning counsel to
high-net-worth clients, business owners, and families. Draft and
review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts,
and asset protection plans. Advise on wealth preservation, tax
planning, charitable giving, and business succession. Oversee trust
and probate administration in compliance with Washington and
federal laws. Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other
professionals on integrated planning strategies. Mentor junior
attorneys and support staff within the practice group.
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active
Oregon Bar license . 5–8 years of experience in estate planning,
trust and probate administration, and tax law. In-depth knowledge
of federal and state estate/gift tax laws. Exceptional drafting and
communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex caseloads
efficiently and with attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits:
