• and great product discounts (to name a few) What Youll Be Doing as an Email Marketing & Web Specialist:As our Email Marketing & Web Specialist, you'll drive digital innovation, bringing the Leupold brand to life across web and email. Utilizing a mix of creativity and technical prowess, you'll work alongside our Marketing and E-Commerce teams to revolutionize the way we engage our core audience of hunters and shooters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing Excellence: Develop, launch, and monitor email campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your duty isnt just to send emails; its to inspire action through targeted content and automation. Grow and engage our email list, ensuring conformity with industry best practices.
  • Drive the Web Experience: Manage and implement marketing media on Leupold.com, driving seamless user experiences. Utilize basic web design and CMS updates to enhance site usability and engagement.
  • Digital Content and SEO Mastery: Conceptualize, optimize, and execute engaging web content (blogs) to support brand, product, and sales activities. Implement cutting-edge SEO strategies, continually exploring keyword opportunities to elevate Leupold's search presence.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager, E-Commerce team, and external web agencies to execute our brand's digital strategy.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends, identifying new opportunities and making data-driven recommendations. Skills & Experience Youll Need as a an Email Marketing & Web Specialist:
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with website CMS platforms (Magento), analytics (Google Analytics), basic HTML, CSS, and Jira ticketing software.
    • Email Marketing Expertise: Proven experience with email management platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred), building drip automations, and overall campaign execution.
    • Creative Design Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is preferred, showcasing the ability to create visually compelling digital content.
    • Attention To Detail: A keen eye for detail and excellent written communication skills.
    • Adaptable and Responsive: Flexibility with changing priorities, ability to navigate shifts in the market or company focus, and resilience in the face of new challenges.
    • Outdoor Enthusiast: A passion for the outdoors and alignment with industry trends and products.
    • Strategic Thinker: Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must.
    • Self-Starter: Able to take initiative and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
    • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships.
    • Education and Experience: Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or similar preferred, or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in email, content marketing, or website CMS management. Work Environment:Working primarily in an office environment with consistent computer use. Occasional travel domestically (estimated 10%). Working extended hours as necessary.
