TITLE: Lead Technical Program Manager - Financial PlanningTop 3 Skills:Product Management Expertise within Financial SystemsData Analytics (foundation and reporting)Anaplan experience (or comparable)LOCATION: HYBRID - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (Beaverton or Hillsboro, OR)PAY: Target pay for this role is between $60 and $70 per hour but may vary based on experienceENGAGEMENT TYPE: ContractDURATION: Contract expected to last 12 monthsWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGThis is an Experienced level PositionOverview of responsibilities: As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will own product strategy and roadmaps for a dedicated workstream within the Finance Planning & Performance Management (FPPM) workstream. This role is driven by executing strategic priorities and ensuring a product vision is carried out though actions and measurable product discipline Exciting opportunity to work with a Fortune 100 organization to help lead and own product strategies and roadmaps. You will be driving excellence in product platform strategy and execution. Working with world class engineers and product people to design and streamline processes. You will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (e.g., Digital Technology Program Office, Engineering teams, ED&A teams, Systems Integration team) and key Functional Teams across the business (e.g., Finance). TPM Leaders will require experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technologyWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR5 + years experience in Product Management5 + years Strong Analytical and Data Visualization5 years of financial reporting and budgetingAnaplan experience (or comparable)Confluence, Jira, AHA experienceExcellent Analysis and problem solving skillsStrong understand of Design Thinking Concepts & Design LeadershipStrong understanding of Value-Driven FrameworksClear verbal and written communication skills: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders.
