Payroll Specialist: Remote Work

Our client is a full-service provider of payroll and timekeeping services for local small-to-mid-sized businesses. They are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to process payrolls for multiple local clients.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for small to mid-sized, local clients
• Work directly with clients by phone and e-mail
• Assist clients with various reporting needs
• Continue to learn and develop knowledge of payroll concepts and software skills Qualifications
  • Experience with processing payrolls and timekeeping
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and keyboarding skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Education and/or Experience
    • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
    • 1 year experience in Payroll processing
      
      Pay:
      
      Up to $30/hr depending on skills and qualifications
      
      Remote work is available for the right candidate but candidates must live in Oregon or Washington.
