DAT Solutions is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to join our team
in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite 3 days a
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and as part of a team of 3 HR
Generalists, you will work closely with staff, managers and
leadership, providing day-to-day HR support including but not
limited to recruitment administration, HRIS/Employee Records
management, benefits/policy support, onboarding/offboarding, and

What You'll Do
- Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to
facilitate the hiring process (ATS - Greenhouse): post jobs through
the ATS (Greenhouse), create offers, conduct background screening,
- Maintain employee data in the HRIS system (UltiPro):
create/update employee information, report out on data.
- Assist HR Business Partner and partner with managers on
employee relations matters: provide counsel, conduct
investigations, review and document employee performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential files, records,
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees
regarding standard policies, benefits, work practices, etc.
- Provide support to DAT's Organizational Development Manager on
performance management initiatives as needed; including yearly
- Oversees specific HR programs, as assigned.
The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
- 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or
related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- PHR certification, a plus.
- Prior experience working for a professional tech focused
business, a plus.
For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal
Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $60,000
+ benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary
significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
