The Opportunity
DAT Solutions is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to join our team
in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite 3 days a
week presence.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and as part of a team of 3 HR
Generalists, you will work closely with staff, managers and
leadership, providing day-to-day HR support including but not
limited to recruitment administration, HRIS/Employee Records
management, benefits/policy support, onboarding/offboarding, and
performance management.

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal
Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $60,000
+ benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary
significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
