Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Global Manufacturing company to find their next HR Business Partner. The HRBP will work hand in hand with the HR Manager to support Production teams-weekend availability is required. Specific focuses include Recruitment, policy design, and employment law. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HRBP experience. This role will require 100% on-site work to start, with some hybrid flexibility eventually. Individuals must be open to being "on call" evenings and weekends as needed. Base salary is $80K, with bonus eligibility.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Partake in strategic planning with the HR Manager and HR Leadership
• Execute HR strategy and assure all align with Corporate policies
• Conduct employee relations investigations
• Assist leaders in making informed HR decisions based on HR data
• Support Recruitment strategy and hiring
• Support employees with tactical day-to-day operations
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of current HR laws and trends
  • Experience within a high-volume, fast-paced, and global environment
