We are seeking interns for our multifaceted Human Resources team in Summer 2023. As a Tek HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of creative and dedicated professionals in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Communications and more. Our intern teams work on projects that help improve processes and build quality experiences for the employees. You will be part of a cohort of interns working on specific projects that impact our global strategy, while getting mentorship and support from Senior Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Mentors!Responsibilities:+ Talent Acquisition: Build sourcing strategies for passive talent including how to position employer brand to appeal to a greater pool of candidates.+ Learning and Development: working on training flights for certain employee populations.+ Succession program management: targeted programs/training/coaching approach to manage succession gaps.+ Storytelling: Help employees openly and creatively share their contributions, successes, and the ways they help Tek's customers bring technology to life via communications.+ Intranet: Generate content updates and functionality upgrades to the HR page of the company intranet, InsideTek.+ Events: Support employee events, whether in-person or virtual. Examples include Pride Month celebrations and all employee leadership updates.+ Employee Engagement: Analyze particular elements of engagement and make recommendations for targeting improvements.Qualifications:We are looking for someone who will be a fast learner, hard-working, and self-motivated with a curiosity about business and human resources. Other highly valued skills include:+ In the process of a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.+ Strong writing, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.+ Experience presenting across diverse and cross-functional teams.+ Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Products.+ Preferably someone with experience with data analytics.#LI-Remote #LI-KV1Due to US Department of Commerce export control regulations governing technical data of Tektronix products, Tektronix needs to know the citizenship of all its employees.
