WHOWE ARE LOOKING FOR Our Director, HR Business Partner(HRBP) is responsible for providing solutions and advocacy to employees,managers, and senior leaders. We are looking for a passionate HR leader toexecute and deliver key HR programs, practices and policies to the business,managers, and employees! HRBPs provide strategic consultation and coaching toExecutive/Corporate leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growthof the business and the team. We need a leader who will serve as a key resourcefor employees through sensing, listening, providing mentorship and directinginquiries to the appropriate HR specialists. We are searching for an HRprofessional who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in afast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication andpresentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization. WHATYOU WILL WORK ON In this role, you will buildorganizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitationof appropriate leader focused interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, goaldevelopment and alignment, manager capability, employee engagement, etc.).You'll also own the strategic workforce plans that are aligned with businessstrategies and objectives, and apply diagnosis skills and core metrics to guideCOEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions. You'll provideHR functional expertise on business strategies, as well as sound businessexpertise, to managers and teams. Finally, you will be accountable for thestate of the bench, succession, career planning, and functional excellence,while also sharing business inputs with COEs and Employee Services, enablingthem to create business focused solutions. WHOYOU WILL WORK WITH In collaboration with others, you'llhelp build and implement Functional HR Strategy across multiple teams andbusiness units! You will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP, but collaborateacross all HR COEs. You are aligned to the Global Technology business and itsleadership team. WHATYOU BRING TO NIKE: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • 8+ years of experience across HR Generalist and Specialist areas
  • 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting technology or digital organizations
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking
  • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth
  • Available to travel 10% Preferred:
    • Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards
    • Proven experience setting and leading complex organizational effectiveness and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies
