The Sr HR Advisor provides exceptional customer service experience
to Nike, Inc. employees in the United States, Mexico, and Canada
for all HR related inquires. An HR Advisor has strong written and
verbal communication skills and applies sound judgement and
critical thinking when serving our employees.
Ideally, the Sr HR Advisor will have experiencing working in both
HR and a contact center environment. They enjoy responding to
employees' needs with the discipline to adhere to confidentiality,
policy, and compliance rules. They are appreciated for their
ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find
solutions on their own.
The Sr HR Advisor will be part of a fun, supportive, and
collaborative team that operates on set schedules with various
shifts. They are motivated by the challenge of continuous learning

What will you work on?
If this is you, you will utilize various systems and other support
tools to ensure accurate responses are provided to employee
inquiries, while looking for opportunities to educate the employee.
You will use various channels, including phone, chat, email, and
face-to-face to service employees in the U.S., Canada, and
You will also showcase operational excellence to ensure all
business needs are met, provide floor coverage, and handle
escalations in the absence of a Supervisor. Further, you will act
as a liaison between HR Direct and other HR teams as a subject
matter expert to ensure the team is properly trained.
Who will you work with?
You will be supporting a large, diverse team of Nike employees with
a variety of communication styles. You will closely partner with

What you bring to Nike
--- 3 years of experience in an HR function or contact center
--- Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of experience (5
years total) in lieu of a degree required
--- Experience in a leadership position highly preferred
--- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, other HR systems)
--- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
