If you believe that your skills can make a difference, we invite you to consider this opportunity.ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the department manager, the supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and employee performance.-- Exercises discretionary judgment in solving problems and working with employees.-- Uses working knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, techniques, procedures, and general principles and practices of specific support services areas. QualificationsEducation: Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, required.-- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, preferred.--Experience:-- Minimum one year of leadership experience required.-- Three to five years of health care related preferred. Healthcare leadership experience is strongly preferred.
