NP/PA Needed in the Greater Portland area!

SPECIALTY: NP/PA- Primary Care

LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR

JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

JOB NUMBER: 44469

Schedule: When: ASAP - 5/20/24 Mon, Tue, Thurs each week 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch

DESCRIPTION:
Ages 2+
EPIC experience helpful
Minimum of 1 year experience

Providing a wide range of primary care and health and wellness services including treatment for illnesses and injuries, exams, labs, immunization, health education, and other services.

REQUIRED:
OR license; active, unrestricted
Board Certified
DEA Required
Certifications- BLS

COMPENSATION:
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided
