Job Description:
Atlanta Gentle Dental is seeking a passionate and skilled Lead
Dental Assistant to join our team. As a leader in providing
exceptional dental services, we aim to deliver superior care
through innovative treatments in a pleasant environment. Our new
team member will assist in various dental procedures and manage
other dental assistants, all while maintaining our commitment to
comfort and patient satisfaction. As the Lead Dental Assistant, you
will be instrumental in both handling complex dental assistant
tasks and in the overall functioning of the dental practice. Assist
in the preparation and execution of dental procedures. Train,
supervise, and evaluate the performance of dental assistants in the
clinic. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control
protocols. Manage dental supplies and inventory effectively.
Enhance patient comfort and provide care during dental treatments.
Coordinate with dental staff and collaborate with dentists to
ensure efficient workflow. Proficient in dental anatomy and various
dental procedures Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adept in
maintaining a sterile and safe clinical environment Capability to
handle dental instruments and equipment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Dental
Assistant (CDA) from the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB)
Radiography certifications CPR certification
