StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $254.14 - $275.10 This facility is
seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as
they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this
opportunity: · Schedule: Monday OR 7a-3p, Tuesday–Thursday Clinic
8am–5pm · Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient · Types of Cases:
General orthopedics; total joints optional but not required ·
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic · Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified, must have
Basic Life Support (BLS) · Licensure Required: Must have an Active
Oregon license and Oregon Drug Enforcement Administration License
