This role is essential in ensuring efficient management of the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department, focusing on accurate prescription processing, patient communication, and support of our healthcare providers across Oregon and Washington. Prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a pharmacist Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory Support pharmacists in daily workflow Assist in the management of medication therapy and patient counseling Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and policy requirements Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in using pharmacy management software Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred Active registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
