Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Charge RN to
lead our nursing team in providing top-notch healthcare services,
ensuring that care and coverage are seamlessly integrated to
improve our members' health. In this pivotal role, you will
supervise a unit within our healthcare facility, coordinating
patient care while supporting our staff and upholding our
commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for a responsive
leader passionate about patient care and effective healthcare
delivery. Oversee the nursing staff and manage patient care in
specific units. Coordinate shifts, assign duties, and monitor
adherence to hospital policies. Assess patient health problems and
needs, and develop nursing care plans. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Promote
patient's independence by establishing patient care goals. Teach
and counsel patients and their families on conditions being
treated. Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in
both oral and written communication Ability to handle high-stress
situations calmly and effectively In-depth knowledge of health and
safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the
state of Georgia. CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
