In line with our goals, we are looking for a skilled RN First Assist at our Sunnyside facility who will work closely with surgeons to facilitate a safe and successful surgical environment. This role demands precision, and dedication, and enhances our patient-first approach where quality and integrated care come together to better serve our community. Assist surgeons during operations by providing direct patient care and surgical services. Function autonomously as permitted by each case and nurse practice laws. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to facilitate holistic patient care. Manage all surgical equipment, ensuring sterilization and operational readiness. Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care and education. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Proficiency in surgical techniques and protocols. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state RN license. Certified Registered Nurse First Assist (CRNFA) certification preferred.
