Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Cardiac
Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will provide
exceptional patient care, supporting cardiac diagnostic and
interventional procedures. This position offers a chance to work
within a leading healthcare system known for its integration of
health services, ensuring memorable patient care that aligns with
our mission of enhancing member health. Monitor and assess patient
condition and response to treatment during cardiac procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or
side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs,
updating medical records accurately. Operate and monitor cardiac
equipment and assist with catheterization procedures. Collaborate
with cardiologists and healthcare team to provide cohesive patient
care. Educate patients and families on post-procedural care and
health maintenance. Strong clinical skills in a cardiac care
setting Proficient in using cardiac monitors and other related
medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed clinical
decisions Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification BLS
(Basic Life Support) Certification
