Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/31/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel CASE MANAGER RN EPIC Start Date: ASAP Shift: 5x8s Ratios: 1:20-25 Years of Experience REQ>2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management exp in the last 5 years required. Strong medical background in Ed & ICU preferred. Travel experience is preferred. Epic Experience REQ? No, but highly preferred First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Variable Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS Skills REQ: inpatient case management Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, adult inpatient, ED and Peds. Open to accommodating block schedule?
